Idlewilde Estates is a deed restricted subdivision located on the Northeast shore of Lake Livingston, approximately 100 miles north of Houston, Texas. The subdivision is restricted to residential dwellings for single family residential use only. Any commercial or business purposes large or small and short term rentals are expressly prohibited.
